RUS Acceptance
Several Force10 products have been granted "RUS Acceptance" and "Buy American" status by the Rural Utilities Service (RUS) branch of the United States Department of Agriculture. Acceptance on the RUS list of materials for telecommunications systems allows rural telephone and utility companies to purchase and deploy these products with funds obtained through RUS grants or low-interest loans.
